The Planets In Your Hand team will take part in the Researcher’s Night 2018 at the NCSR. "Demokritos" on Friday 05/10 17:00 - 24:00.

Come close to see one of our first exhibits, the surface of Planet Mars. This particular exhibit, instead from usual ones, has something special, you can TOUCH it! With your hand you will feel the temperature, the terrain and the atmosphere of the planet Mars even... with eyes closed. It is an unprecedented experience for all age groups.

The "Researcher’s Night" is an initiative of the European Union aimed at familiarizing the public with the world of research. Each year, last Friday in September, the "Researcher’s Night" events are organized across Europe. Greece has been organizing events since the beginning of the event in 2005.
The events, like our exhibition, are free of charge, start in afternoon and include actions for all age groups.
